The Eternal Bond

Archaeologist by trade. Soul excavator by accident.

Juno's just your average quirky archaeologist — with a backpack full of peanut butter, a hellhound named Gus, and an unhealthy obsession with axolotls. Then she pokes around a cave full of ancient rubble and accidentally becomes the owner of something she never wanted: a shadow god's soul.

Cursed and banished by the Celestials, he was condemned to serve mortals for eternity — the ultimate humiliation for an immortal. Now he's bound to protect her, whether he likes it or not. The problem? She can feel his emotions. Every. Single. One.

The Fated Bond

Soul mates. Cosmically ordained, universally non-refundable.

Juno's had a rough few weeks. She accidentally bonded herself to a shadow god, discovered she's his fated mate, and now the universe expects her to just stop being human. Cool. She'll casually re-evaluate her entire existence over coffee.

But there's no time for an existential spiral — two Celestial factions are mobilising for war, a morally grey djinn keeps sending love letters, and the vampire king who just knelt at Tarak's feet has offered sanctuary inside a court where the library rearranges itself, the forest holds grudges, and a cursed spirit named Gerald only screams on Tuesdays.

The Severed Bond

Some bonds can't be broken. This one might break everything else.

Juno's made her choice. She wants the bond. She wants Tarak. She wants forever — even if forever means becoming something she doesn't fully understand yet. But completing the bond comes with a price, and the line between freedom and eternal servitude is thinner than either of them wants to admit.

He's spent thirteen thousand years surviving alone. She's spent thirty-one years avoiding phone calls from her mother. Somehow, the second thing might be harder.

An abundance of warm, hilarious, complex characters that make reading this style of story fresh and fun. I just couldn't wait to read the second book — in a little over 24 hours, I might add.

About the Author

Hi, I'm Kassandra.

I write paranormal romance for people who think ancient shadow gods should be a little bit funny.

By day I'm a computer engineer wrangling code and two feisty daughters. By night I'm in a hoodie, cursing at chapter fourteen, and explaining to my husband for the third time that no, this character cannot just have a normal conversation, the bond requires it.

If you like unhinged women, ancient powerful men who absolutely did not ask for this, and snack-obsessed hellhounds with poor boundaries — you're in the right place.
